Affix the whisk attachment to a Kitchen Aid stand mixer and chill the mixing bowl for at least half an hour.

Add cream, sugar, brandy, and creme de cacao to the bowl. Turn the mixer onto speed setting 6 and whip until soft peaks have formed and cream has about doubled in volume (about 5 minutes).

Transfer cream to a piping bag fitted with a star shaped tip and pipe into a martini or coupe glass.

Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and serve with ripe strawberries.
