Ingredients

28 oz Can of chickpeas rinsed and drained or 8 oz of dried chickpeas soaked overnight

Tahini
1/4
Cup
Sesame Oil
½
Cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice of 2 Lemons

Cloves
Garlic – Pressed
1/2
Cup
Sriracha
¼
Teaspoon
Salt
¼
Teaspoon
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients In a food processor and puree until it becomes a nice paste.
Add water by the tablespoon if hummus is too thick.
Transfer to a bowl and garnish with more sriracha.
