A take on the classic French 75 made with rosé instead of champagne.

Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Gin
- 2 Ounces Simple Syrup
- 1 Freshly Squeezed Ounce Lemon Juice
- 1 750 ml Chilled Bottle Sparkling Rose
- Raspberries
Instructions

Mix together gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice.

Add about 3 raspberries each to 8 champagne flutes or coupé glasses.

Distribute the gin mixture evenly amongst the glasses and top with sparkling rosé.
