Ingredients

  • 1 Teaspoon Browned Butter*
  • 2 Teaspoons Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Ounces Hot Water
  • 2 Ounces Banks 7 Golden Age Rum
  • Whipped Cream
  • Freshly Grated Nutmeg for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a tea kettle.
  2. Add browned butter and sugar to an Irish coffee mug. Add hot water and rum and stir to combine.
  3. Top with whipped cream and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Recipe Notes

*To make browned butter, heat a whole stick of butter over medium heat until it turns light brown. (About 5 minutes)
