Everyone will want to show up to your next party if you serve this blue cheese dip with balsamic caramelized onions.
Heat a heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat. Add oil heat until shimmering (about a minute).
Add onion and sauté until golden (about 15 minutes).
Mix vinegar and Worcestershire sauce together and add to the onions. Add salt and pepper and stir. Continue to sauté until liquid has cooked away (about 5-10 minutes).
Remove onions from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Greek yogurt.
In a separate bowl, fold cream blue cheese into cream cheese. Stir the cheese mixture into the mayo yogurt mixture.
Stir in lemon juice and balsamic caramelized onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Protip: Make this dip a day ahead of time to allow the flavors time to blend.
