Cream Cheese Crab Dip

This delicious Cream Cheese Crab Dip is perfect for big dinner parties, holidays,  and makes an excellent game day dip for hungry sports fans. Plus it only takes 10 minutes to make.

  • 1/4 Cup Dried Minced Onion
  • 16 Ounces Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Prepared Horseradish
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Pound Lump Crab Meat separated into chunks
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic powder


  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add dried minced onions and toast in the skillet until golden brown, stirring occasionally (About 3-5 minutes). Remove from heat and allow to cool room temperature.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons toasted dried minced onion, prepared horseradish, dijon mustard, and seasoned salt.

  3. Fold in lump crabmeat, garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons parsley.

  4. Garnish with leftover toasted dried minced onions and parsley.

Recipe Notes

*Serve with a sturdy dipping chip such as Fritos scoops.

Make this ahead of time to allow the flavors to blend.

Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
