The Cranberry French 75 Is the perfect cranberry cocktail for the fall weather. London Dry Gin, Cranberry Simple Syrup, and Brut Champagne make this a great Thanksgiving Cocktail or Christmas Cocktail.
Place a lemon twist in a champagne flute.
Shake gin, cranberry simple syrup, and lemon juice with ice until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into the champagne flute. Top with champagne. Finish the drink by dropping a couple of frozen cranberries into the glass.

**Cranberry simple syrup will keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
The recipe makes 1 cocktail. 1 (750ml) bottle of champagne will make 6.
1 batch of simple syrup will make 20 cocktails. If you are making this for a party (like Thanksgiving) buy 4 bottles of champagne. You will have leftover champagne, which is never a bad thing.
