In a small bowl, whisk together egg whites and water.
In a shallow bowl, add a thin layer of sugar.
One at a time, dip each cranberry in the egg wash and then gently roll in the sugar. Take care not to get too much egg in the sugar or else it will become pasty.
Transfer to a wax paper lined baking sheet to dry (about 30 minutes). And store in the fridge until ready to use.
For The Cocktail
Combine Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail, Southern Comfort, and lime juice. Store in a sealed container until ready to use.
Serve in a punch bowl, pitcher, or large carafe. Garnish with candied cranberries and if you'd like, lime slices.
Recipe Notes
The punch can be made 3-5 days in advance. Store in the fridge until you are ready to use it and when you serve, make sure to pour it over ice.
