Spicy Bacon Whiskey Soda

Whiskey infused with bacon added to Soda Stream seltzer flavored with Torani Spicy Kola Nut syrup.

For the Bacon Whiskey

  • 750 ml Cheap Whiskey
  • 2 Ounces Bacon Fat From 6 Strips Of Bacon

For The Soda

  • 1 Liter Bottle Of SodaStream Seltzer
  • 2 1/2 Ounces of Torani Spicy Kola Nut Syrup


For The Bacon Whiskey

  1. Pour 2 ounces of whiskey out from the bottle. Cook bacon until crispy and plenty of grease is in the pan. Pour off 2 ounces of bacon fat and allow to cool slightly. Add grease to the bottle, seal, and shake. Allow to sit for 1 week at room temperature, shaking every so often.


  1. Make a bottle of seltzer in a SodaStream seltzer maker. Add 2 1/2 ounces of syrup to the bottle, seal, and turn upside down to mix.
  2. Add 2 ounces of bacon whiskey to a rocks glass with ice. Top with Spicy Kola Nut Soda.
  3. Garnish with bacon (Optional
