  • 6 Strips Duck Bacon Cooked
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Heirloom Tomato
  • Ciabatta Bread
  • Mayonaise


  1. Cut a piece of ciabatta and slice it in halves. Toast the bread and slather each side with mayo.
  2. Layer lettuce, tomato, and bacon on the bread.
  3. Eat!
