Pumpkin Spice Daiquiri

For The Pumpkin Spice Syrup

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Cane sugar
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Pumpkin Purée Can Substitute Canned

For The Pumpkin Spice Daiquiri

  • 2 oz Zacapa 23 Solera Rum
  • 1 oz Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • 1/3 Oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 An Egg White
  • Freshly Grated Nutmeg And Cinnamon


For the Syrup

  1. Bring water to a boil in a small sauce pan.
  2. Gradually add the sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Add the pumpkin spice and purée. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Transfer to a mason jar and let cool, uncovered. Store in the fridge until needed.

For The Daiquiri

  1. Place half an egg white into a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice, rum, lime juice and pumpkin syrup to the shaker and shake for another 15 seconds.
  3. Pour into a coupé or martini glass and grate fresh nutmeg and cinnamon on top.
  4. Garnish with a star anise.

Recipe Notes

This recipe is for 1 drink but can easily be scaled up. If you do make more than one at a time the head will pour last, so fill each glass at least halfway.
